MUSICIAN NATALIE SU

Ms. Su is a Junior in Stephen F. Austin High School in Sugar Land TX. She began to play piano when she was 5 years old and is currently studying with Mr. John Weems, who has established himself as one of the outstanding teachers in the nation. She thoroughly enjoys music, as piano has become a main part of her life. Some of her past and recent accomplishments include winning first place at Texas Music Teachers Association Performance Contest years 2020-2022, winning Grand Prize at Blinn College Young Pianists Competition in the year 2023, placing first at Houston Forum Young Artist Piano Competition in 2022, as well as being a Houston Young Artists’ Performer. She also enjoys playing cello and has been selected to the competitive Texas Music Educators Association All-State Orchestras for three consecutive years. In her free time, she loves to read books, listen to music, exercise, and hang out with her friends.
